Messapia Conference Room

The wide and bright Messapia Conference Room is perfect to every type of event and manifestation and it represents the largest venu offered by the facility.

Located on the ground floor, it offers 2 openings leading directly outside that guarantee the maximum speed in the loading and unloading activities. The room has 2 entrances: one in the hall, near the reception, and an independent one with access from the hotel foyer. The independent access from the foyer allows greater autonomy and confidentiality for exclusive events. In this case, the foyer can be used as exhibition hall serving the Messapia hall Room.

The large window overlooking the garden of centuries-old olive trees illuminates it with natural light and gives the venue a unique and distinctive charm, lending a sense of exclusivity and elegance to every event.

The room doesn’t have any fixed furnishings, thus ensuring extreme multi-functionality, versatility in the organization of spaces, and a privileged view for all delegates. It is equipped with a modular stage that provides maximum visibility for speakers, and if necessary can be transformed also in a big walkway. The hall has a control room and a small storage area available for technicians and organizers.

The shape, dimension (around 360 sqm) and the absence of columns ensure the possibility of setting up the environment with different configurations, adapting the room for every need and format.
